We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all EasyYTDown Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

- Subject: Refund Request
- Include: Your registered email address and reason for refund (optional)
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment
- Only the first payment of a new subscription is eligible for a refund
- Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds — please cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged
Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
