Important Notice

EasyYTDown is a tool only — we do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video or audio content. Our service processes publicly available streams from YouTube and delivers them directly to the user's device. We do not maintain any library or database of copyrighted content.

Videos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after the download completes. Temporary files are deleted automatically within seconds.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe your rights are being violated through our service, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
  3. The specific YouTube URL of the content in question
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was incorrectly identified as infringing, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  5. Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringers

EasyYTDown maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We take copyright violation seriously.
